Founded in 1971 by award-winning Engineer Sertzu G. Meskel, Nile Construction General Contractor Ltd (NCGC) is an established civil engineering and construction company with a proud history of delivering complex projects across East Africa.

Over the decades, NCGC has built extensive expertise across infrastructure, commercial, public, and private sector developments, earning a reputation for quality, reliability, and technical excellence.

Since expanding operations into Uganda, NCGC has brought this same foundation of engineering expertise into residential real estate development — creating distinctive homes and communities designed with the same commitment to quality and excellence that has defined the company for generations.
